Role Overview

Vertical Transportation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop vertical transportation systems such as elevators, escalators, lifts, and moving walkways tailored to project requirements.
technical drawings, specifications, and calculations
feasibility studies and site surveys
architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams
local, national, and international codes and safety standards.
troubleshoot technical issues
recommend new technologies and innovations
cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules
technical support and training
industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
people flow simulations
human behavior in both normal and emergency building conditions.
major lift and escalator suppliers
accessibility, fire evacuation, and goods movement strategies.
dimensional planning
