Position: Field Executive / Verification Engineer Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Role Overview: The Field Executive will be responsible for conducting Link Verification at customer premises as mandated by Airtel and regulatory guidelines. The role involves on-site visits, customer coordination, and completion of verification documents to ensure compliance with Department of Telecommunications (DOT) requirements. Key Responsibilities: Visit customer locations as per the assigned schedule to perform Link Verification. Verify and validate customer details against Airtel’s records. Collect necessary documents, signatures, and company stamp on verification forms. Coordinate with Airtel’s internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies. Submit completed verification reports on time with all supporting documents. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information. Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass Basic technical knowledge of telecom networks. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to travel to customer locations. Should own a smartphone for reporting and updates. Skills: Customer handling & documentation Basic telecom & networking knowledge Problem-solving & attention to detail.
