Job Description

Were looking for a proactive and meticulous Process & Compliance Analyst to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of Sales Operations, Compliance, and Technology and plays a critical part in ensuring that all leads reported by the sales team are accurate, compliant, and verifiable. You will act as a "gatekeeper" and "chequer" who validates lead-level data against official banker confirmations, identifies patterns of incorrect reporting, and works toward creating tools or systems to automate and eventually eliminate the need for manual verification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verification & Review: Validate confirmations received from partner bankers over email. Cross-check reported details submitted by the sales team in the system for accuracy and consistency. Reject, flag, or escalate suspicious, incomplete, or mismatched leads.
  • Compliance & Dashboarding: Ensure all lead entries meet Ambaks internal compliance and documentation standards. Work closely with the Sales and Risk teams to identify trends in misreporting or errors.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recurring issues in the current manual process. Collaborate with product & tech to explore solutions for automating lead verification workflows. Create SOPs and rule-based systems to reduce manual interventions step-bystep.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high bar for data integrity and introduce periodic audits for the system-reported numbers. Track error rates, reporting anomalies, and improvements over time.

What Were Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Compliance or Process Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Operations).
  • Comfortable with structured and unstructured data (Excel/Sheets, CRM tools, basic dashboards).
  • Prior experience creating SOPs and initiating automation projects is a big plus.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus: Understanding of the lending/fintech domain, especially B2B2C loan processing workflows.
