IMS Vasai has been successfully mentoring students for the preparation of competitive exams like CAT, CET, and more since 2014. We are looking for full-time Verbal Faculty with below mentioned role, responsibilities and skill sets. Experienced candidate as well as passionate fresher are welcomed at attractive compensations. 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Verbal Full-time Faculty at IMS Vasai Branch. The Verbal Full-time Faculty will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing study materials, evaluating student progress, and providing guidance and support to help students achieve their academic goals.

• Delivering lectures of Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC) to prepare students for various competitive entrance exams
• Conducting doubt clearing sessions and remedial lectures
• Mentoring & guiding students for college admission process
• Undergoing regular training programs & related activities
• Conducting seminars and webinars in colleges and other institutes
• Supervising and assisting Education Advisors 

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Passion for English language
• High proficiency and command in teaching Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension of various competitive exams
• Good & fluent communication skill
• Compatibility & adaptability to technology related to teaching
• Knowledge of management education and entrance exam requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and student-centred approach
• Master's degree in a relevant field (MBA, Education, etc.)
• Relevant teaching certifications or credentials
• Good scores on any of the major tests such as CAT, GMAT or GRE, IELTS will be an added advantage
