Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Advisor located in Ernakulam. The Educational Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and counselling to students preparing for entrance exams for various academic programs. They will assist students in selecting suitable study programs, preparing study plans, and tracking their academic progress. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of various entrance exams and academic programs Experience in academic counselling and guidance Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's or Post Graduate dgree in any Discipline, degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field is a Plus Familiarity with educational resources and tools Experience in student recruitment and retention is a plus Show more Show less
