Venue Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Marriage Venue Manager with 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing wedding venues, events, or related hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wedding planning operations, vendor coordination, customer service, and team leadership. This is a key managerial position with full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our premium wedding venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete management of the marriage venue, including event planning, coordination, and execution.
• Handle client interactions from initial inquiry to final execution, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and other service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage a team of support staff including event coordinators, housekeeping, security, and technical teams.
• Monitor budgets, manage payments, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Maintain the property in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations.
• Handle unforeseen situations or last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency.
• Promote the venue to attract more business and build strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing marriage venues, banquet halls, event spaces, or similar.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in delivering successful events.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be able to join immediately.
• Fluency in local language(s) and English is preferred.
