Role & responsibilities To ensure all bookings, payments and addons are being managed. Greeting, interacting with customers, answering to their queries and creating a positive environment at the sports facility for the customers Being responsible for the infrastructure readiness of a sports facility and reporting to the Venue Manager in a timely manner. He / she will be responsible to work with the team for maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
