We are seeking a Venture Manager – Sales & Coordination to lead client engagement, drive business opportunities, and manage event coordination from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, and passionate about building strong client relationships in the events and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business development for corporate, lifestyle, and hospitality events.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Create and present event proposals, budgets, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Coordinate with vendors, production, venue, and design teams for smooth event execution.
Oversee on-ground operations, ensuring flawless delivery and client satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams for branding, promotions, and partnerships.
Track leads, maintain reports, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
