Position: Venture Manager

Location: India (Remote / On-Site in Goa preferred)

Responsibilities:
Build and expand the IMC community across the nation.
Oversee the IMC App/Platform, ensuring users can easily find workshops, mentors, and conference details.
Collaborate with artists, music educators, and partners to organize events, panels, and concerts.Drive participant growth through creative marketing strategies and partnerships.Manage and scale the e-commerce section of the app (merchandise, tickets, music tools).Stay updated with the latest music industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
