Venture Manager

Profile:
We are looking for a dynamic Venture Manager based in Goa with strong expertise in music events, sponsorships, and event management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in organizing music concerts, festivals, or nightlife activations, and a deep understanding of how to leverage sponsorships and partnerships to maximize reach, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute music events, DJ nights, festivals, or live concerts.
• Identify, pitch, and manage sponsorships with brands and partners.
• Collaborate with artists, venues, promoters, and other stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract audiences and sponsors.
• Analyze event performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
