Profile:
We are seeking a dynamic Venture Manager with a strong understanding of sports management, sponsorships, and event organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, promoting, and executing sports events, with a keen sense of how to leverage sponsorships and partnerships to maximize impact and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, plan, and execute sports events, tournaments, or activations.
Identify, pitch, and manage sponsorships with brands and partners.
Collaborate with stakeholders including sports federations, players, and venues.
Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for smooth execution of events.
Develop marketing strategies to promote events, engage fans, and attract sponsors.
Analyze event performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
