Vendor Operations executive

This job is provided by apna.co Role and responsibilities -The Senior Associate, Vendor Operations will be assisting Seller teamswith various processes like forecast utilization, scheduling appointments,reducing NCNS (No Call No Show), preparing and sharing daily reportssuch as forecast utilization, NCNS, Completed and Cancelled andsharing weekly reports such as Standing appt, ISA dump (for ISAutilization confirmation), compiling and preparing the reports such asOpen PO Report, Inventory report, NCNS Report (No Call No Show – WhereVendors book appointment, but do not deliver) and other reports on adhoc basis.

Required Skills

• Excel – Basic formulas
  

(calculate sum, average, etc.),
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table,Toggling between sheets andworkbooks, etc.

• Preparing reports and
  

analysing large set of data

• Excellent written and verbal
  

communication skills. .

Knowledge You Need

• Be an Excel Champion.
• Stakeholder management
• Analytical skills
  

Education & Work Experience

• 2 - 4 years of experience.
• Bachelors / MBA preferable.
• Strong experience in MS-Excel.
  

Salary package - Upto max 5lpa CTC.
( Salary will be 20% hike from previous salary )Working day's - Mon - Sat ( Mon - Fri , WFO)( Sat WFH )Working hour's -9am - 5.30pm ( with cab facility )Or10am - 5pm ( without can facility )Working location -4th Floor Cocoblu Retail Limited,Fairway Business Park, Survey Nos 10/1,11/2and 12/2B, Challaghatta Village, Behind Dell,Next to Embassy Golf Links.
