Vendor Operation Manager, Process Optimization

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects may span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, and it will be your responsibility to coordinate the players and keep them informed of progress and deadlines. This team plays a crucial role in enhancing the YouTube experience, promoting internet safety, and safeguarding free speech in the ever-evolving digital world. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with vendor partners, Global Vendor Operations (GVO) teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, design solutions, and create a roadmap for execution. - Drive cross-functional projects and oversee central programs that address operational optimization needs. - Identify tooling gaps with vendor partners and work with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Bring operational excellence to the YouTube Global Vendor Operations team and prioritize key opportunities for business growth. - Structure and communicate complex business issues clearly and concisely to a broad business audience. - Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal business consulting projects, focusing on organizational, operational, and strategic initiatives. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in program management. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in support operations or Trust and Safety space. - Experience with scaled vendor extended workforce. - Experience in consulting or growing stage startup companies. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
