Role Overview:

Vendor Manager Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations with vendors/sellers in the Large Appliances category
  
• Drive order fulfillment and reduce SLA breaches
  
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to optimize flows
  
• Monitor inventory, returns, cancellations, and resolve escalations
  
• Ensure vendor data (pricing, stock, content) accuracy on the platform
  
• Assist vendors in improving operational KPIs and platform best practices
  
• Support vendor onboarding and training activities
  
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and audit norms
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  
• 2–4 years in e-commerce operations (seller/vendor side)
  
• Strong knowledge of the Large Appliances category (white goods, durables)
  
• Experience in vendor coordination and operations planning
  
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/OMS platforms
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with top e-commerce marketplaces
  
• Familiarity with reverse logistics and warranty processes
  
• Understanding of seller performance metrics and dashboards
