Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vendor Management Analyst to join our team at ChargePoint, Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management and analysis, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and analyze vendor performance data to identify areas of improvement and optimize contracts.
Develop and implement effective vendor management strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of vendor agreements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vendor management.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with vendor management software and tools, such as contract management systems.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices, with experience in managing vendor relationships.
