Job Description

Vendor Development:

Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors for
raw materials, castings, machining, tooling, and consumables
.
Audit vendor facilities for
capability, quality, cost, and delivery performance
.
Negotiate with suppliers for
competitive pricing, lead time reduction, and quality adherence
.
Develop long-term partnerships with
foundries, machining units, and sub-contractors
.
Maintain a robust
vendor database
and track supplier performance through regular reviews.
Support
outsourcing strategy
for machining and casting overflow jobs.

Marketing & Business Development:

Identify new customers and markets for
cast iron, steel, and machined components
.
Interact with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers for
RFQs, quotations, and technical-commercial discussions
.
Prepare and submit
techno-commercial proposals
and negotiate contracts.
Build strong customer relationships through
regular visits, technical presentations, and service support
.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for
business growth opportunities
.
Represent the company at
trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums
.
