Vehicle Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Management:
• Oversee the condition and functionality of all company vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fresh, and operationally sound.
• Act as the custodian of the fleet, ensuring the safety and security of vehicles.
• Conduct daily inspections to identify and resolve any damages or issues promptly.
• Mileage and Efficiency:
• Monitor and ensure all vehicles achieve optimal mileage and fuel efficiency.
• Analyze fuel consumption and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Documentation:
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all vehicle-related documents, including tax receipts, pollution control certificates, insurance, and permits.
• Organize and safeguard drivers' personal documentation effectively.
• Repairs and Maintenance:
• Coordinate and supervise all repair activities to ensure timely and quality servicing of vehicles.
• Track and report on the progress of vehicle repairs and maintenance work.
• Schedule and oversee monthly vehicle alignment checks.
• Organize weekly and monthly water washing, including underbody cleaning, to maintain vehicle hygiene.
• Perform routine checks on water levels, oil levels, and other critical parameters daily.
• Driver Coordination:
• Conduct driving assessments for new driver recruits to ensure skill and compliance standards.
• Encourage and monitor drivers to maintain vehicle cleanliness, ensuring compliance by updating photos in the designated WhatsApp group.
• Branch Vehicle Oversight:
• Conduct weekly visits to branches to inspect and maintain vehicles at those locations.
• Accident Management:
• Respond to vehicle accidents promptly, managing all necessary communication, documentation, and procedural requirements.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all vehicles are equipped with the required safety and operational tools.
• Regularly verify vehicle compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and submit daily reports using the prescribed format to the Fleet Manager.
• Develop and present detailed monthly activity reports during review meetings.
• Vehicle Cleaning and Hygiene:
• Oversee the routine cleaning and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring they are washed and cleaned thoroughly on a weekly basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Vehicle/Fleet Management: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• HMV Licence (Required)
