Key Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role- Must have a strong background in recruiting for tech and non-tech roles.- Strong experience in both domestic and US staffing.- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.- Should have exposure on Hiring Permanent, Contractual and Sub-Contractor Roles- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)- ZOHO, Taleo, Workday.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations- B-Tech/ MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldKey Responsibilities:- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs- Determine selection criteria- Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks)- Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews
