Key Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role - Must have a strong background in recruiting for tech and non-tech roles. - Strong experience in both domestic and US staffing. - Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks. - Should have exposure on Hiring Permanent, Contractual and Sub-Contractor Roles - Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)- ZOHO, Taleo, Workday. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations - B-Tech/ MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs - Determine selection criteria - Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks) - Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews
