VB .NET Developer

We are looking for a VB.NET Developer who is excellent at coding, database design, and analytical problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering projects independently or with the support of a development team. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with clients and internal cross-functional teams.

Experience: 3 - 6 years

Technical Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in VB.NET development.
• Proficient in .NET Framework 4.0/4.5/4.5.1/4.5.2.
• Good understanding of OOP principles and N-tier/N-layered architecture.
• Experience with Windows Forms, Web Forms, and WPF (as applicable).
• Familiar with Entity Framework or NHibernate (ORM tools).
• Good knowledge of SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, database optimization, and performance tuning.
• Familiar with APIs, XML/JSON, and Web Services (including WCF).
• Working experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Exposure to modern front-end tools/frameworks (AngularJS, Knockout.js, Ember.js) is a plus.
• Experience with UI frameworks like Kendo UI and HTML5/CSS3.
• Proficient in debugging, resolving complex technical issues.
• Sound experience in code versioning tools (e.g., Git, TFS, SVN).
• Able to design, code, test, debug, and document software modules independently.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as Telerik Sitefinity is a plus.
• Experience with design patterns and scalable application architecture.
• Capable of handling server setup (local, staging, production) and build/release cycles.
• Rapid prototyping and technical research abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹840,000.00 per year

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
