About the Role

VAPT Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing

  for web apps, mobile apps, networks, APIs, cloud, and on-prem infrastructures.
• Conduct

  manual and automated testing

  using industry-standard tools.
• Prepare clear, technical, and executive-level

  VAPT reports

  with findings, risk ratings, and remediation steps.
• Work on

  Linux-based environments

  for testing, configuration, and analysis.
• Support remediation discussions with internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, exploits, and testing methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on VAPT experience.
• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Mandatory:

  CEH

  or equivalent certification (ECSA/OSCP/CompTIA PenTest+/CREST etc.).
• Practical knowledge of tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus, Nikto, OWASP ZAP, etc.
• Good understanding of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and common attack techniques.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with API security testing, cloud security testing, or mobile app penetration testing.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Bash).
