Job Description

Role Overview

The Solution Architect will design scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare solutions leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, AI/ML, and integration platforms.You will define technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and ensure that all solutions comply with healthcare standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise-grade Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for patient care and provider management.
  • Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as GenAI and predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate with product owners, BAs, and developers to ensure design feasibility.
  • Review code, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans for alignment.
  • Develop reference architecture and reusable patterns for integration and AI workflows.
  • Identify technical risks, mitigation plans, and dependencies.
  • Lead solution workshops and technical discussions with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor development teams and enforce architectural best practices.
  • Ensure seamless integration of third-party healthcare systems and EHR/EMR platforms.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of architecture experience, with 5+ in Salesforce Health Cloud or healthcare SaaS.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong experience with APIs, middleware, and integration strategies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
  • Salesforce Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent certification preferred.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • GenAI/ML architecture experience.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale SaaS deployments.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
