Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog; manage Agile ceremonies.
• Elicit and document requirements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, PRD/BRD/FRD).
• Collaborate with UI/UX to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
• Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine roadmap.
• Partner with QA on UAT, test scenarios, and release readiness.
• Drive Salesforce solution design aligned with healthcare workflows and compliance.
• Identify and integrate Gen AI/AI features with clear use-cases, guardrails, and ROI.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA/PHI and interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7).

Requirements

• 4–8+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner with end-to-end product delivery experience.
• Strong skills in requirements of gathering, documentation, and Agile practices.
• Experience in Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred) and/or healthcare domain.
• AI literacy or hands-on Gen AI experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
