Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Value Chain Manager to join our team, focusing on Sourcing Solutions and value chain management for the agri Industry and supply chain participants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of a State and overseeing the performance of a team of Grain Managers. This role will focus on driving growth, building strong relationships with suppliers and clients, managing the operations and logistics involved in supply operations and contributing to the overall success of our Sourcing solutions.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to understand the value chain and identify potential supplier and onboard them on the platform. • Identify and target potential clients for working capital products and sourcing solutions. • Coordinate between Suppliers, Buyers and other vendors to ensure all matters are in order, to support timely delivery of product to the customers in accordance with the contract and maintain databases to ensure ongoing accuracy • Managing sourcing phase to approval, execution of docs, loading of limit, operations, logistics and warehousing of commodities. • Take care of all other regular service issues of clients, guiding client for maximum utilization of limits and services. • Overseeing the warehouse operations and ensuring purchase of quality product. • Sourcing new clients from customer reference • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their working capital needs. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. • Provide regular reports on operations and market feedback to senior management. • Ensure timely collection of dues from the customers with no delays.

Essentials: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
