Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a V-Commerce Manager, located in Mumbai. The V-Commerce Manager will oversee the development and management of video commerce strategies, directing video content creation for maximum impact and engagement. Responsibilities include business negotiation with partners, analyzing performance metrics, ensuring top-notch customer service and satisfaction, and driving sales through innovative video marketing campaigns. The role requires collaboration with various departments to align video commerce activities with overall business strategies and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Negotiation and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to drive revenue growth
• Proficiency in video marketing tools and technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is a plus
