UX & UI Designer

• Strong understanding of conversion optimization and data-driven design.
• The ideal candidate should be an individual contributor who can design intuitive, engaging, and high-performing user interfaces while keeping the user experience seamless.
• The candidate must be proactive, open to feedback, and focused on delivering designs that increase conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to understand user behavior.
• Use insights from MS Clarity and other analytics tools to identify user pain points, drop-off points, and areas of improvement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that reflect user needs and business goals. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern design trends.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Analyze user journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Implement design strategies backed by A/B testing and data insights to optimize user flows.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align designs with business objectives.

Required Skills & Competencies:-

• Experience of 1-5 Years.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and strategies.
• Experience using MS Clarity, Google Analytics, or similar tools to analyze user behavior.
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and translate insights into actionable design changes.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics for effective collaboration with developers (bonus).
