UX Researcher

RequiredQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in service design, information design, interaction Design(HCI), or related field

RequiredExperience:

4-5years in service design, user experience research or related roles

Extensivehands-on experience in UX design, qualitative and quantitative research, andservice design across the Design Thinking stages

Provenability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations and communicatethem effectively to diverse audiences.

Strongunderstanding of user-centred design principles, methodologies, and tools. Indepth knowledge of user interface design, usability evaluation techniques and taskanalysis.

Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively engagewith diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Partnerwith cross-functional teams to identify research requirements, includinggenerative and evaluative studies, to guide product decisions and priorities.

Conductqualitative and quantitative research, such as usability testing, interviews,surveys, heuristic evaluations, concept tests, and data analysis, to deliverdeep customer insights, inform design decisions and identify opportunities forinnovation and improvement.

Translatefindings through artifacts such as persona frameworks, jobs to be done, userjourneys, task analyses, to design and optimize end-to-end experiences. Deliverthrough a clear, concise, and engaging communication tailored to stakeholdersat all levels.

Work withthe Head of Design & UX and Product team to provide direction whenever UXrelated interaction is needed.

EvangelizeUX practices to foster a user-centric culture. Design and facilitate DesignThinking workshops that support product strategy / vision

Workclosely with UX Designers to ensure they have all the details they need tosupport the generation of detailed UX designs. Ensure that the design solutionsmeet user needs and align with business objectives.
