Job Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer with extensive experience in Figma, design systems, and mobile-first design principles. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in visual and interaction design, a deep understanding of accessibility standards, and the ability to collaborate across design, development, and product teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable design systems using Figma.
2. Create accessible, user-centric designs for mobile apps and web platforms. 3. Deliver wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interaction flows, and annotated specifications. 4. Collaborate with UX Researchers, Developers, and Product Owners to validate designs. 5. Translate complex problems into elegant design solutions. 6. Apply WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. 7. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 8. Clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
1. Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Figma (ideally 2+ years). 2. At least 3 years designing native mobile experiences. 3. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks like React. 4. Familiarity with user testing tools and integrating feedback. 5. Strong understanding of accessibility standards. 6. Proven problem-solving through interaction design. 7. Experience maintaining design systems across products.

Preferred Skills
1. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. 2. Familiarity with DesignOps practices. 3. Exposure to analytics tools. 4. Understanding UX, development, and business strategy intersection.
