Responsibilities

  • Design user-centric interfaces and user flows for mobile apps developed in

    FlutterFlow

    .
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on findings.
  • Ensure consistent branding, visual identity, and responsive design across devices.
  • Optimize the user experience for performance, accessibility, and ease of use.
  • Work alongside the development team to ensure designs are implementable and align with technical capabilities.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a

    UX Designer

    , with a portfolio showcasing mobile app design work.
  • Hands-on experience with

    FlutterFlow

    and strong understanding of its design capabilities.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as

    Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

    , or similar.
  • Strong understanding of

    UI/UX principles

    and best practices.
  • Experience with

    wireframing, prototyping

    , and conducting

    user research

    .
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an

    Agile/Scrum

    environment.
  • Familiarity with

    AWS services

    (optional but preferred).

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field preferred.


Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic Flutter code.
  • Experience in designing for accessibility and responsiveness across various devices.
