JOB LOCATION: Kochi, India

Responsibilities:

Translate concepts into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design intuitive user experiences for B2B business applications.
Research, sketch, prototype, and user-test digital product experiences.
Advocate for user-centered design while aligning with client vision.
Present and defend design decisions with clarity.
Collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

7 years of UI/UX design for B2B applications, with a proven leadership track record.
Strong portfolio to be presented and advocate during interview.
Hands-on experience with Figma.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
Experience in mentoring junior designers and leading design initiatives.
Ability to understand client needs and deliver seamless user experiences.
Ability to work independently, manage projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
