Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. As a UX Designer at Earnifi, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and enhance our mobile and web applications, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the fintech industry or designing financial applications.

Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
