Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a UX Content Writer. The UX Content Writer will craft compelling, user-centric content for digital platforms, ensuring clarity and accessibility in all communications. Responsibilities include creating user experience (UX) content, collaborating with designers and developers, conducting research to understand user needs, and developing content strategies that align with business goals. Additionally, the role involves providing technical writing support and contributing to user interface text, help pages, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Writing and User Experience Writing
• Experience with UX Research and understanding user behaviors and needs
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Exceptional attention to detail, clarity, and structure in written communication
• Familiarity with web design principles and digital tools is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
• Prior experience in working on education-related projects or platforms is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, UX Design, Technical Writing, or related areas
