About the Role:

Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive
UI/UX design strategies
.
Create high-fidelity
designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
using tools like
Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or Sketch
.
Conduct thorough
user research, usability testing, and data analysis
to inform design decisions.
Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces for both
web and mobile platforms
.
Collaborate cross-functionally with
product, development, and QA teams
to ensure flawless implementation of designs.
Mentor and support junior designers, promoting best design practices and continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

3+ years
of proven experience in UI/UX design.
A strong
portfolio
showcasing web and mobile design projects.
Proficiency in design tools like
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva
, etc.
Deep understanding of
user-centered design principles
and methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with experience in
user testing
and data-driven design improvements.
Excellent
communication, problem-solving, and collaboration
skills.
