We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting seamless, user-centered digital experiences. Youll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and engaging web and mobile applications that align user needs with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and identify pain points. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma and Adobe XD . Design visually appealing, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for brand consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, marketing) to translate ideas into impactful user experiences. Apply a strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy to create intuitive designs. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data-driven insights. Ensure designs are optimized for performance and accessibility across all devices and platforms. Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation. Required Skills & Tools: Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Motiff, Illustrator, Photoshop Core Skills: User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Accessibility Knowledge of: Responsive Design, Design Systems, Usability Testing, Human-Centered Design Principles Bonus: Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as Autodesk Maya Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer in a digital agency or product-based environment . Proven experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with developers and stakeholders. Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus
