Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC & Utility Maintenance Engineer with 3–10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC operations, clean room compliance, boiler operation, and water treatment systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, boilers, and water treatment plants while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standard

Key Responsibilities:HVAC Operation & Maintenance

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, and air compressors.
• Monitor and control environmental conditions as per Clean Room Classification (ISO 14644 / GMP standards).
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown resolution.
• Maintain records of HVAC O&M activities.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC-related audits and validation protocols.

Boiler Operation

• Operate and maintain boilers as per IBR guidelines and internal SOPs.
• Monitor steam generation parameters, fuel consumption, and equipment health.
• Ensure energy-efficient boiler operation and implement safety procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing for optimal performance and compliance.

Water Treatment & RO Systems

• Operate and monitor Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), and De-Mineralization (DM) plants.
• Ensure water quality standards are met as per process or regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation related to water quality parameters, calibration logs, and equipment maintenance.

• Water Treatment Plant / RO Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
