Role & responsibilities

Interview Location - Hubbli Karnataka (12&13 July) No Virtual interview will happen

Commissioning and testing experience of Transformers and HT/LT motors
Knowledge on UPS/DC charger system
Equipment and Plant structure/Buildings earth pit system. 33KV, 6.6KV Board, VCB and ACB maintenance
HVAC systems maintenance
Electrical schematic drawings review
Switch board ACO logic checking
Plant lighting system maintenance
Substation equipment Condition monitoring
Knowledge on Batteries of UPS and DC charges
Knowledge on protection relays
Well versed with safety procedures related to work permit system and LOTO procedure to ensure all jobs get executed safely.
Ensure adherence to Preventive, predictive and condition based monitoring schedules of all equipment
Shall have background of implementation/documentation of ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS and has an experience of facing IMS audits
Shall have objective to achieve Industry Good maintenance practices, WCM standards
Awareness of statutory compliances related electrical equipment
Should work inline, to achieve targeted maintenance KPIs
Equipment healthiness monitoring and reporting
