Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in process engineering principles and basic knowledge of AutoCAD. This role involves assisting in designing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes.Create and modify process layouts using AutoCAD.Support process validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Prepare technical documentation and reports related to process improvements.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for process design and layout modifications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Preferred (Not Mandatory):Internship or academic projects related to process engineering.Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (if applicable).
