Utility Engineer

As a Utility Engineer in the Telecom sector based in Hyderabad, Telangana, with 6 to 10 years of experience and a qualification of Diploma / B. Tech/ BE in EEE or ECE, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Operational and Maintenance of utility equipments like SMPS, Battery, DG, and other power systems. - Maintenance/ Visibility of strategies for Power and Utility equipment based on industry standards. - Develop & establish a system for monitoring the performance of Service Area and City O&M teams. - Provide technical & functional support to the field team (Supervisor, Technician & Rigger). - Implement corrective / preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness. - Prepare Failure Analysis Reports (FAR) with recommendations for improving the Network Availability (NWA). - Recommend design changes to enhance reliability, maintainability, and reduce operational expenses. - Manage operational spares & material effectively. Your skills and competencies should include: - Knowledge of core and service platforms availability as per the agreed SLA. - Ensuring the usage of all processes and tools as per guidelines.
