User Research & Consumer Insights Manager

We're looking for a proactive, user-obsessed professional to join our GTM team. This role will be crucial in driving deeper user understanding, conducting in-depth consumer research, and helping shape user-facing strategies based on meaningful insights.

Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, gather actionable insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations.
2. Proactively engage with users across digital platforms and offline touchpoints to understand their behaviors, needs, and pain points.
3. Identify user trends, feedback loops, and market shifts by constantly monitoring competitor ecosystems.
4. Partner closely with retail, marketing, community, and content teams to ensure user insights are reflected in strategic decisions.
5. Own and manage user feedback programs, surveys, interviews, and focus groups to improve satisfaction and retention.
6. Build and maintain a repository of user insights, personas, and journey maps.
7. Keep a close eye on competitor user engagement models and user community tactics.
8. Represent the user voice in internal cross- functional discussions.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 3-7 Years of experience in user research/ insights, user operations, or MI/CI preferably from top smartphone/ consumer electronics brands.
2. Deep understanding of user behavior, mobile tech ecosystems and the importance of consumer first strategies.
3. Hands-on experience with research tools, user surveys, and data analysis.
4. Self-starter attitude with a focus on execution and a collaborative mindset.
5. Strong documentations and reporting skills turning conversations into clear, structured insights.
