User Interface Designer

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic development team at Indsafri. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in UI/UX, front-end and back-end programming, and a strong passion for creating high-quality, scalable online applications. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from design to delivery, ensuring that our programs achieve optimal performance and user experience. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in existing applications. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes. - Work closely with our team to understand our company, brand identity, and vision. - Design sophisticated, premium landing pages using Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD. - Create elegant animations and interactive elements to enhance the user experience. - Ensure that all designs are fully responsive and maintain visual integrity across various devices. Qualifications: - Proven experience in UI/UX design for premium/luxury brands. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in UI development and UX designing. - Proficiency with Figma (strongly preferred) or Adobe XD. - Strong portfolio showcasing high-end web design capabilities. - Experience in designing responsive websites with meticulous attention to detail. - Understanding of modern web design principles and trends. - Ability to create sophisticated animations and interactive elements. - Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React and Next Js. - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team. Technical Skills Required: - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in UI development and UX designing. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in UI development and front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React and Next Js. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Figma (strongly preferred) or Adobe XD, responsive web designs, and web design principles. - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes; familiarity with Java development using Spring Boot is a plus. Note: This is a renewable contract role initially for 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
