User Interaction & Experience Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI UX Designer at Beyoung.in, Udaipur. The UI UX Designer will be responsible for visual design, mockup creation, front-end development, user experience (UX), and user interface design to enhance the overall user experience of the platform.

Qualifications

• Visual Design, Mockups, and User Interface Design skills
• Front-End Development and User Experience (UX) skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI UX design projects
• Proficiency in design tools like, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD Zeplin
• Knowledge of UI UX design principles
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design

Who You Are:

• Experienced Designer: You bring at least 3+ years of UI/UX design experience and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs.
• Problem-Solver: You love a challenge and use creativity and critical thinking to create polished, pixel-perfect designs.
• User Researcher: Skilled in user research and testing, you know how to dig deep to uncover insights that inform your design process.
• Visual Communicator: With a mastery of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, you’re able to create designs that communicate as clearly as they captivate.
• Team Player: You’re ready to work collaboratively with diverse teams and articulate your design decisions effectively.
• Detail-Oriented: You understand that sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference.

Bonus Points for:

Motion Design Skills: Experience with animations or micro-interactions to add that extra touch of

magic.
