User Experience Researcher

Role: UX Researcher

Location : India (Remote)

Job description

We’re looking for UX Researcher with strong English communication skills (speaking, writing, and reading), a high sense of urgency, and a solid understanding of digital products—especially in product, UX/UI, content design, or user research.

What you’ll do:

Conduct in-depth benchmarking of fintech products, especially lending apps, in your local market

Use, analyze, and document user journeys and product features based on a predefined framework

Provide clear, well-structured documentation of product flows, UX patterns, and key experience insights

Act as a local expert to help our team understand how digital financial products operate and perform in your region

Potential to evolve into broader support roles as we design and localize products for your market

We’re looking for people who:

Live in the market they’ll be researching (local presence is required)

Have a good eye for product design and UX and can clearly communicate observations

Can move fast, self-manage, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision

Have experience in fintech (big plus), especially in lending (huge plus—but not required)
