About the Role

​​At Onething, we design products that shape how people move, invest, learn, and live across industries. As a UX Design Lead, you’ll guide projects from idea to impact, setting direction, driving design quality, and ensuring every experience feels thoughtful and effortless.

You’ll work closely with co-founders, design leads, and cross-functional teams to define what great design looks like. You’ll also mentor designers, help refine processes, and enhance our collaborative approach to thinking and building together.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead UX strategy and design for digital products across web and mobile.
• Take ownership of the entire process from research and information architecture to flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.
• Work with product and business teams to turn goals into clear, usable experiences.
• Maintain design quality and consistency while exploring new ideas and approaches.
• Mentor designers through feedback, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
• Present design work clearly and confidently to teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving design systems and ways of working.

Requirements

•  5 years of experience in UX design, with experience leading projects and teams.
• A portfolio that shows clear design thinking and problem-solving across different products.
• Strong understanding of user research methods and the ability to translate insights into design decisions.
• Good visual judgment and knowledge of usability and interaction patterns.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
