User Experience Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer (Blockchain/Web3)

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in product design and the full development lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of blockchain and preferably hands-on experience in Web3 environments.

By replacing traditional email infrastructure with a wallet-native, censorship-resistant messaging layer, SolMail enables secure, spam-free communication using only wallet addresses — no centralized servers or third-party intermediaries.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a User Experience Designer. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, creating visual designs, and developing prototypes. The role will involve ensuring a seamless user experience (UX) throughout the platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and data.

Qualifications

• Min of 5 years of experience.
• Good knowledge in Web3 and blockchain concepts
• Experience in User Research and Design Thinking
• Skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX)
• Proficiency in Prototyping
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the DeFi or crypto industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
