Senior UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mockups using

  Figma

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and business) to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure consistency across all products.
• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience

  in UX/UI design.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma

  (mandatory).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects across web and mobile platforms.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Experience in conducting

  user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations

• Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
