User Experience Designer

As a UI/UX designer at MinoriLabs, your primary responsibility will be to understand customers" requirements for UI and UX design. This understanding will serve as the foundation for creating design variants that meet and exceed customer expectations. You will leverage your expertise in visual design, information architecture, and user psychology to develop designs that align with business and marketing objectives. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will address any issues or challenges that may arise due to user experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging interface for users. Your key tasks will include conducting user research to grasp the target audience's needs, preferences, and pain points, collecting and evaluating user requirements, and selecting appropriate colors, typography, and imagery to craft an appealing user interface. Additionally, you will focus on creating intuitive interactions that facilitate user engagement, conducting usability testing to refine designs, identifying and resolving UX issues, and developing wireframes to communicate design concepts effectively. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be involved in designing graphic elements, developing navigation components, organizing information logically, communicating designs to stakeholders, and creating interaction models and user interface specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a deep understanding of user-centric design principles. To excel in this position, you should possess analytical skills, sales acumen, and sales operations expertise. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with experience in analyzing sales data and enhancing sales processes. The ability to work independently and remotely, excellent organization and time management skills, and familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools will be advantageous.
