Dot Net Developer - Lead

The Sr Dot Net Developer position at MinoriLabs, based in Coimbatore, is a full-time hybrid role where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the .NET framework. Your daily tasks will include writing clean, scalable code, testing applications, fixing bugs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to software architecture decisions. To excel in this role, you should have strong experience in object-oriented programming and possess 10-15 years of hands-on experience in ASP.Net, C#, MVC, .Net Core, and other core skills as required. Additionally, you must have hands-on experience in Angular/React and working knowledge of UI frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, Telerik Kendo UI, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. A good understanding of relational databases and experience in SQL/Oracle Server and Oracle development environment is essential. Experience in Test Driven Development (XUnit/Karma) and ALM tools (GitLab, ADO, SonarQube) is required. You should also have a strong background in Agile (Scrum) methodologies and thorough knowledge of DevOps practices. Complete knowledge of managing a software system throughout its life cycle, excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly are indispensable for this role. Moreover, you should possess a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, good time management abilities, and be comfortable working with inclusive teams, meetings, and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively in a globally distributed team.
