Job Description

The User Experience Senior Analyst position is an intermediate level role that involves contributing significantly to the research, analysis, and design of digital products and systems. Collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams, the User Experience team aims to create innovative and user-friendly digital products that provide an exceptional user experience for both internal and external clients. The scope of activities ranges from initial discovery and research, to ideation, design, management of design systems, and delivery of interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs to development partners. The primary objective of the UX Design Group is to research and design products and solutions that are intuitive, consistent, accessible, visually appealing, and easy to use, meeting or even anticipating the needs of clients. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Lead UX, research, senior stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to brainstorm and co-create ideas and solutions - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and the established Design System - Ensure designs adhere to best practices, utilizing research and testing for validation - Challenge the status quo constructively and encourage addressing root causes for optimal user outcomes - Maintain a positive and constructive attitude while giving and receiving feedback - Deliver high-quality design assets to the engineering team with clear guidance for comprehensive understanding - Provide ongoing support to engineering with regular UX review checkpoints to ensure design quality and adherence to the intended system - Stay updated on the latest UX practices, innovations, and tools - Ensure all designs comply with ADA/WCAG standards for accessibility - Meet deadlines by identifying and managing risks, escalating where necessary - Lead by example by supporting, training, and developing junior team members - Mediate conflicts among colleagues or stakeholders, guiding towards constructive resolutions - Take a leading role in the broader UX community to help define standards and practices Qualifications: - 8+ years of industry UX Design experience - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities - Experience with complex, enterprise-scale projects - Creative flair and a keen eye for design - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Proficiency in professional design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree; Master's degree preferred This is a full-time position within the Technology job family group under Digital Design Engineering at Citi.
