🔹 Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Ability to create documentation for diverse audiences: end users, administrators, system integrators, business managers, partners, and support/service teams
Excellent English writing, content organization & communication skills with a clear and engaging style
Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining quality
Proficiency in tools: Content Management System, ServiceNow, Oxygen Editor, JIRA
Experience in creating Knowledge Base Articles (KBA), training content, and instructional material
