User Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid UA campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Unity, and other relevant platforms.
  
• Drive

  high-quality app installs

  while maintaining strict ROI and LTV/CAC parameters.
• Build, test, and scale creative assets and campaign structures for Tier-1 and Tier-3 markets.
  
• Monitor KPIs including CPI, CTR, ARPU, ROAS, retention, and engagement metrics.
  
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to refine targeting strategies and improve funnel performance.
  
• Negotiate with ad networks, agencies, and influencers to expand acquisition channels.
  
• Stay updated on

  emerging UA trends, fraud prevention, and new ad formats

  to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing

  large-scale UA campaigns

  in the mobile app ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in

  campaign dashboards, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), and data-driven optimization

  .
• Experience working with

  rewarded apps, gaming, or gratification-based platforms

  is a big plus.
• Ability to manage budgets efficiently while achieving growth and ROI targets.
  
• Creative mindset with the ability to A/B test and iterate fast.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
